Advanced Medical Solutions Group said it had received approval from the US Food and Drug for its two advanced woundcare products.
Both products - Silver High Performance Dressing and Silicone PHMB Foam Dressing would be commercialised through the company's network of woundcare partners and distributors in FDA approved markets, the company said.
As well as the FDA approval, AMS also announced it had begun the process to gain CE mark approval in Europe for its Silicone PHMB product, which was expected to be completed in H1 2020.
'These two additional approvals significantly strengthen AMS's US advanced woundcare portfolio and support for the Group's woundcare partners and end users,' said Advanced Medical Solutions.
