Residential Secure Income sells shares to manager as part of fee deal

Residential Secure Income said its fund manager ReSI Capital Management had purchased shares in the company as part of a management fee arrangement.

ReSI Capital Management had purchased around 124k shares in teh company at an average price of 94p each.

Under the terms of the management agreement 25% of the fund management fee was payable in shares.
