Kromek wins three new contracts worth aggregate $1.679m

Kromek said it had been awarded three contracts, in the UK, US and Europe, worth an aggregate $1.679m for its D3S platform for nuclear radiation detection.

The new contracts included a £1.1m contract from a UK government-related company; a $389,000 contract from the US government's Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense; a €180,000 contract from the European Commission's Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs.

The D3S products were developed under the SIGMA programme, an initiative of the US Department of Defense's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ("DARPA").
