IT services company SysGroup said it had acquired business-to-business managed services provider Hub Network Services for £1.45m.
The acquisition was expected to be immediately earnings enhancing, the company said.
The existing management of HNS would remain with the group for three months to facilitate a handover of day-to-day operations.
Bristol-based HNS provided managed connectivity and co-location solutions to around 120 customers, on both a direct and in-direct basis.
