Portfolio analytics services provider StatPro Group said it had entered into a strategic partnership with J.P. Morgan.

The partnership would have an initial five-year term and would involve StatPro developing risk and performance attribution capabilities for the bank's portfolio managers through its data and analytics platform.

'For StatPro, this represents a significant new channel partnership for its services,' the company said.

'J.P. Morgan has many asset management, hedge fund and pension fund clients which it services across the world and a large salesforce to promote the service.'

'The combination of StatPro's platform and J.P. Morgan's data and analytics capabilities creates an attractive one-stop shop for many organisations.'
