Marketing group Reach4entertainment Enterprises said it was closing its Dewynters Germany live entertainment unit as part of a restructure.
The company said it had decided to service the German market from Dewynters London, to improve efficiencies and drive greater profitability.
Dewynters Germany made a pre-tax loss in the year through December of £475k.
