LXi REIT declared its maiden interim dividend for the full-year ended 31 March 2020.
The dividend of of 1.4375p a share would be payable on 23 September 2019 to shareholders on the register at 14 June 2019.
The ex-dividend date would be 13 June 2019. 'The dividend reflects an annualised rate of 5.75 pence per ordinary share, in line with the Company's current annual dividend target,' the company said.
