Telit Communications appoints Paolo Dal Pino as CEO

Internet of Things company investor Telit Communications said it had appointed Paolo Dal Pino as its new chief executive.

The company had also appointed Simon Duffy as its new chairman.

Dal Pino joined Telit as non-executive chairman in September 2018, but then became executive chairman that same month to lead a group transformation.

Duffy was appointed senior non-executive director in November 2017 and was interim chairman from June to August 2018.
