Altus Strategies grants Indiana more time to carry out assessment on gold projects

Altus Strategies said Wednesday it had been granted Indiana Resources a 30-day extension to the exclusivity period until 6 May 2019, to complete due diligence on the Company's Lakanfla and Tabakorole gold projects.

The extension comes after the company on 7 February, announced that it had signed non-binding terms sheet to form a joint venture with Indiana on the Lakanfla and Tabakorole gold projects.

Under the agreement, Indiana would have the option to earn up to an 85% interest in the company's subsidiary Legend Mali (BVI) II, which held a 100% interest in the projects.
