ECR Minerals kicks off drilling at Black Cat gold prospect in Australia

ECR Minerals said that drilling at the Black Cat gold prospect in Australia's Victoria state had commenced, with the first two holes already completed.

Composite samples representing 4m down-hole lengths would be compiled from drill cuttings and sent to be assayed for gold.

After receipt of the assay results, composites returning anomalous gold grades would be re-sampled and re-sent for assay.

The assay turnaround time was estimated to be two-to-six weeks.
