Cerillion, a customer relationship management software solutions provider, on Wednesday signed a major new contract with a US-based telecoms provider, worth an initial $6.8m and a total of $8.3m over three years.
The deal, one of Cerillion's largest wins to date, was secured after a comprehensive tender process, and followed pilot work in the final quarter of the last financial year.
Under the contract, Cerillion would supply and install its Enterprise Business Support System/Operations Support System suite, and provide support and maintenance.
Cerillion Enterprise comprised a suite of pre-integrated modules that together provide a functionally rich and comprehensive end-to-end solution for billing, charging and customer management across fixed, mobile, broadband and TV services.
