BlueRock Diamonds raises capital to progress South Africa mine

BlueRock Diamonds said it had raised £575k from a share issue to progress the development of its Kareevlei mine in South Africa.

New shares in the company were issued at 0.3p each, while a warrant was also issued for each new shares at 0.4p with a two-year duration.

At 2:10pm: (LON:BRD) Bluerock Diamonds Plc Ord 1p share price was -0.05p at 0.33p
