Gambling group Stride Gaming said it was considering strategic options including a potential sale of the company.

In a response to press speculation, the company said other options to be considered included a more aggressive UK and international organic expansion strategy, or expanding through acquisitions.

Stride Gaming said it was not currently considering any offer proposal for the company.

Its current expectation was for it to report on the strategic review ahead of announcing its interim results for the period ending 28 February 2019.
