Zenith Energy raises capital for Azerbaijan drilling work

Azerbaijan-focused Zenith Energy said it had raised around £607k from separate share offerings in Canada and the UK.

Proceeds would be used to increase investment in the company's Azerbaijan field operations and for general working capital.

In the Canada offering, new Zenith shares were issued at C$0.05 each, while in the London raising they were issued at £0.03 each.
