FDM Group appoints David Lister as Chairman

IT services group FDM said Thursday it had appointed David Lister as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 5 March 2019.

Mr Lister would succeed Ivan Martin who was set to retire from on 5 March 2019.

Mr Martin had announced his intention to retire March 2018, after serving as Non-Executive Chairman of FDM Group since October 2006.

Mr Lister 'brings a wealth of relevant board and IT experience after more than 39 years of working in Technology and Operations roles across multiple industries for international businesses such as Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline, Boots, Reuters, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Grid,' the company said.

A search for a new Non-Executive Director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course, the company added.
