SysGroup raises £10m to fund acquisition of Certus IT

IT services provider SysGroup said it had agreed to acquire rival Welsh group Certus IT for £8.0m.

SysGrop also said it had raised £10.0m to fund the deal through an issue of new shares in the company at 38p each.

'Certus is an established and growing managed services provider which has a complementary service offering, geographical reach and customer base to SysGroup,' the company said.
