Ibstock CFO Kevin Sims to stand down this year

Brick maker Ibstock said chief financial officer Kevin Sims intended to retire later in 2019.

He would be succeeded by Chris McLeish, who was currently vice-president finance and control at Tate & Lyle.

McLeish would join the board on his arrival at Ibstock in early August, while Sim would continue to be available to the company until the end of the year.

At 8:26am: (LON:IBST) Ibstock Plc share price was +2.3p at 243.1p
