Phoenix Global Mining raises capital to advance Idaho project

Phoenix Global Mining said it had raised £950k via a share issue to advance progress on its flagship Empire Mine in the US state of Idaho.

New shares in the company were issued at 17p each.

Phoenix said it would also issue one warrant for every four new shares taken up, exercisable at 28p per share and valid until 31 January 2022.
