W Resources said further shipments of tungsten concentrate had been completed from its La Parrilla Mine in Spain.

Development at the mine remained on track as construction of a jig plant advanced towards completion, the company added.

W Resources said it had now completed three further shipments since the first, announced in December, to a European customer.

Cumulative production now exceeded 50 tonnes of tungsten concentrate and production rates were expected to grow in February, as production switched to higher-grade mined ore.

The jig plant was expected to be mechanically complete in early March and commissioned through that month.
