DNO to compulsorily acquire rest of Faroe as bid gains 90% acceptance

Norway's DNO said it would compulsorily acquire the rest of Faroe Petroleum's shares after its £641.7m takeover bid was accepted by more than 90% of Faroe's shareholders.

DNO announced a final cash offer of 160p per Faroe share on 8 January.

At 1:49pm: (LON:FPM) Faroe Petroleum PLC share price was +0.3p at 160.3p
