Regional REIT acquires retail, office property in Birmingham for £20m

Regional REIT said it had exchanged and completed on contracts to acquire Norfolk House in Birmingham for £20m.

The purchase prices represented a current net initial yield of 7.92%, on the 119,687 square foot freehold property.

The building, in the centre of Birmingham comprised 12 retail units. The main office tenant was HMRC occupying 49% of the property.
