SigmaRoc issues new shares to cover Poundfield acquisition

Building materials supplier SigmaRoc said it had issued around 2m new shares in the company as part of the payment for its acquisition of Poundfield Products.

The share issue satisfied the £750k deferred consideration part of the deal.

SigmaRoc said it would have around 173.8m shares on issue once the new shares were admitted to trading on AIM on or around 7 February.

At 1:06pm: (LON:SRC) SigmaRoc Plc share price was -0.1p at 41.5p
