ScS ends talks to acquire Sofa.com

Furniture and carpet retailer ScS said it was no longer in discussions regarding a potential takeover of Sofa.com.

ScS said was responding to media speculation about a potential deal.

Sky News reported this week that Sport's Direct founder Mike Ashley was also interested in acquiring Sofa.com.

At 9:34am: (LON:SCS) SCS Group Plc share price was -2.5p at 225.5p
