Real Good Food sells Chantilly Patisserie to its management team

Real Good Food said it had sold frozen deserts producer Chantilly Patisserie to its management team for £0.2m.

The cash proceeds would fund working capital, the company said.

In the year through March, 2018, Chantilly contributed £2.4m of revenue and incurred a pre-tax loss of £0.3m.

Real Good Food said it expected to incur a combiin accounting profit on disposal of around £0.06m, but also a write-down of parent company reserves at 31 March 2019 of around £0.06m.
