Urals Energy sees no material reason for recent share-price rise

Urals Energy said it had noted a recent rise in its share price but did not believe there had been any material change to its operating or working capital position.

The company said it continued to seek solutions to its constrained working capital position, which could involve 'a number of potential transactions structures'.

'At this stage, the board does not believe that there have been any new material developments in respect of such solutions,' Urals said.

At 2:55pm: (LON:UEN) Urals Energy PLC share price was -5.5p at 33.5p
