Botswana Diamonds issues new shares to fund exploration activities

Botswana Diamonds said it had raised £370k from a share issue to fund its exploration activities in Botswana and South Africa.

New shares in the company were issued at 0.55p each.

The placing shares also had a warrant attached with the right to subscribe for one new share at 0.6p a piece.

At 2:09pm: (LON:BOD) Botswana Diamonds PLC share price was -0.03p at 0.55p
