Remote meetings group LoopUp said Friday it had signed a three-year contract renewal worth £2.34m with law firm, Clifford Chance.

LoopUp would provide conference calls across Clifford Chance's global operations, spanning 32 major financial centres in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The minimum total contract value was £2.34m in aggregate over the 3-year term, the company said.

The contract renewal with Clifford Chance was agreed on a guaranteed minimum spend basis rather than the typical pay-as-you-go, per minute per guest basis, it added.
