Manx Telecom high-speed fibre rollout passes 10% of Isle of Man premises

Isle of Man telco Manx Telecom said it had passed more than 10% of the island's premises as its fibre-to-the-premise broadband rollout gained momentum.

The company also said it expected to deliver 'good' revenue growth in 2018, with both revenue and operating earnings in line with its expectations.

Take up of our new broadband packages was 'encouraging', it said.

'Our solid core performance continued through the second half, maintaining the platform which allows us to develop our growth businesses,' chief executive Gary Lamb said.

At 2:07pm: (LON:MANX) Manx Telecom share price was +5p at 159.5p
