CIP Merchant Capital completes €6.1m investment in 7Star

CIP Merchant Capital completed Friday its €6.1m investment in private Italian company 7Star.

7Star, founded in December 2016, aimed to disrupt the veterinary hospital sector in Italy, the company said.

In line with the heads of terms announced previously, CIP Merchant Capital invested, in aggregate, €6.1m in 7Star.

The aggregate investment included €2.6m for an initial 49% stake in 7Star, and a further €3.5m was paid as an interest free shareholder loan to 7Star, CIP said.
