Warpaint London acquires US distributor Marvin Leeds

Cosmetics company Warpaint London said it had acquired its US distributor Marvin Leeds Marketing Services, for an undisclosed sum.

In the year through December, Leeds Marketing had revenue of $5.9m and profit before tax of around $0.4m.
