Exova CEO and CFO to step down

Exova Group has confirmed that chief executive Ian El-Mokadem and chief financial officer Philip Marshall would step down when its acquisition by Element Materials Technology Group has completed.

The group said the acquisition was expected to become effective on 29 June.

At 8:43am: (LON:EXO) Exova Group Plc share price was +0.13p at 239.38p
