IMImobile to acquire US company 3Cinteractive

Communications software provider IMImobile said it had agreed to acquire US cloud-based mobile customer engagement company 3Cinteractive, for an undisclosed sum.

IMImobile said the deal would see it acquire complementary product capabilities and a new blue-chip customer base in North America.

3Cinteractive provided a number of mobile engagement capabilities to enterprises, including mobile messaging, mobile coupons, mobile wallet and mobile web.
