Avation PLC - Singapore-based passenger aircraft leasing firm - Completes the sale of a ATR 72-600s aircraft previously owned by Virgin Australia Airlines to Greek flag carrier Aegean Airlines SA. It is the third and final aircraft out of a series of three. Does not disclose the sale price.

‘As the passenger airline market recovers Avation continues to trade out of aircraft impacted by Covid-19,’ Chief Executive Jeff Chatfield says.

The company signed the deal for the sale in November. Back then it said the aircraft will be delivered to Aegean following maintenance and preparation.

Current stock price: 79.80 pence, up 3.6% on Friday
