European Opportunities Trust PLC - managed by Devon Equity Management Ltd and investing in European companies offering capital growth - Devon is formally appointed as company's alternative investment fund manager, effective from July 1.
Alexander Darwall, Devon's chief investment officer, will continue to be responsible for company's portfolio management, and will be supported by Luca Capodilista, Charlie Southern and James Bird from Devon's investment team.
Firm notes total fees payable by company for AIFM and portfolio management services will be unchanged.
