Challenger Energy Group PLC - Isle of Man-based oil and gas company focused on the Caribbean and the Atlantic-margin - AIM Regulation grants the company an added three months to publish its 2021 accounts, in view of the continued adverse effect of Covid-19 in the company's various countries of operation.
As a result, Challenger expects to publish its annual accounts by the end of September.
