TruFin PLC - London-based financial technology - Says subsidiary Satago Financial Solutions Ltd signs letter of intent to enter a partnership with Newcastle-based accounting software firm Sage Group PLC and lender Lloyds Banking Group PLC. TruFin says firms aim to embed a Satago-powered finance solution within Sage's software for small and medium-sized businesses to enable access to instant financing from Lloyds.

It will be ‘the first full-cash, management-embedded finance solution for Sage customers working with two of the most trusted brands in the UK,’ says Satago Chief Executive Officer Sinead McHale.

Current Trufin stock price: 85.50 pence, up 10% on Thursday
