Pantheon Infrastructure invests into Cartier Energy; share price falls

Investment firm Pantheon Infrastructure PLC on Monday said it has invested $46.1 million in Cartier Energy.

Shares in Pantheon Infrastructure were 33% lower at 3.54 pence in London on Monday mid-afternoon.

Cartier Energy is a US-based energy platform. It provides energy services such as heat, cooling, and electricity to around 190 buildings across the higher education, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, hospitality, government, and retail sectors.

Pantheon Infrastructure co-invested in Cartier Energy through funds managed by investment firm Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
