Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, England-based hydrogen from waste plastic producer - Chair Russell Ward announces his intention to resign from the board and his position as chair. He will remain in the position until June 10 while the board considers its succession options. Ward was appointed as chair in March after joining the board at the beginning of February.
Current stock price: 2.40 pence, closed up 17% in London on Tuesday
