HICL Infrastructure PLC - London-based infrastructure investment firm - Acquires a 50% stake in the B247 Muhlhausen-Bad Langensalza Road public–private partnership from Vinci Concessions Deutschland GmbH. It is a subsidiary of Vinci SA, a Paris-based construction company. Says its total investment in the project will amount to €12.0 million. Expects construction to be completed by June 2025 by Vinci group companies. The investment is accretive to key portfolio metrics. It will be funded by its existing credit facilities.

The B247 is a 22 kilometres road that will link the cites of Muhlhausen and Bad Langensalza, both located in the sate of Thuringia, in central Germany.
