Oberon Investments Group PLC - London-based investment manager - Announces Chair Robert Hanson will resign from his role, but stay with the company. Hanson will move from his position to a non-executive directorship role, company says. ‘Having seen considerable growth in Oberon since its inception, now is an opportune time to step aside to allow me to focus on my other business interests,’ outgoing Chair Hanson explains. Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Alex Hambro will be interim chair until a new permanent chair has been found.
