Cellular Goods PLC - London-based consumer products with lab-made cannabinoids - Promotes Non-Executive Director Darcy Taylor to non-executive chair, effective immediately. Taylor replaces Peter Wall, who is stepping down as chair but remaining as a non-executive director. Also hires Gill Whitty-Collins and Misha Sher as non-executive directors, replacing David Gardner and Ross Connolly. Whitty-Collins is a former Procter & Gamble Co executive, where she led consumer brands such as Olay, Always and Pantene. Back in March, Cellular Goods hired Nikhil Vijayan, also formerly with P&G, as chief supply chain officer. Sher is a marketing executive.

Current stock price: 2.00 pence, down 13% on Thursday
