GreenRoc Mining PLC - miners focused mineral projects in Greenland - Upgrades exploration target for the Amitsoq Island deposit in southern Greenland, following the maiden resource estimate. Increases target to tonnage range of 5 to 15 million tonnes at a grade range of 18% to 22% graphitic carbon from a tonnage range of 1.7 to 4.5 million tonnes at a grade range of 24% to 36% graphitic carbon.

It was announced in early March that the maiden resource estimate for the Amitsoq Island deposit at the Amitsoq graphite project defined a combined indicated and inferred joint ore reserves committee resource of 8.3 million tonnes, at an average grade of 20% graphitic carbon, giving a total graphite content of 1.6 million tonnes.

Miner Alba Mineral Resources PLC, which holds a 54% stake in GreenRoc, separately noted the announcement.
