Pan African Resources PLC - Rosebank-headquarted gold producer - Completes the first phase of its share buyback plan that was announced on April 1, acquiring 11.8 million of its own shares for R 50.3 million, or about £2.6 million. The company now has 2.22 billion shares in issue.
