i3 Energy PLC - oil and gas producer in the UK and Canada - Three Bybrook investment funds sell 60.0 million i3 Energy shares at 27 pence each, worth £16.2 million. The sale represents a 5.3% stake in the company and 20% of the funds' combined holding in i3 Energy. The three funds - Bybrook Capital Master Fund LP, Bybrook Capital Hazelton Master Fund LP and Bybrook Capital Badminton Fund LP - retain a combined 21% stake. The share placing was run by Stifel Nicolaus Europe Ltd and Tennyson Securities, part of Shard Capital Partners LLP.

Current stock price: 28.53p, down 8.0% on Thursday in London
