Distribution Finance Capital Holdings PLC - Manchester-based bank providing personal savings products and working capital to dealers and manufacturers - Hires Sheryl Lawrence to be senior independent non-executive director, starting on May 16. Lawrence currently is an independent non-executive director of home-collected credit provider Morses Club PLC. As an executive, she held senior roles at Barclays PLC, Lloyds Banking Group PLC and Banco Santander SA. As senior director at Distribution Finance, Lawrence replaces Mark Stephens, who was promoted to non-executive chair back in February.
The company also hires Nicole Coll as an independent non-executive director, also starting May 16. Coll is chief financial officer of pensions and insurance administrator STM Group PLC.
