Equiniti said it had completed the acquisition of Richard Davies Investor Relations.
Richard Davies Investor Relations (RD:IR), an investor relations business, offered a wide-range of IR-related analysis, software and advisory services.
The acquisition would provide Equiniti with the proprietary platform to broaden and deepen the corporate governance and investor relations services it offered to clients, the company said.
RD:IR's management team would also be joining Equiniti, bringing a 'wealth of investor relations expertise and experience to the group,' the company added.
