Stobart to award £5.3m in shares to energy division executives

Aviation company Stobart said its energy division's management would share an award of £5.3m following the vesting of an incentive plan.

An independent valuer had valued the equity of the energy division at in excess of £210m as at 30 June 2019, compared to a starting valuation of £100m as at 30 June 2016.

All awards under the incentive plan were being satisfied through shares in the company.

At 8:24am: (LON:STOB) Stobart Group Ltd share price was +2.6p at 141.6p
